Impact Stories -Free Rein Therapeutic Riding

Horseback Healing

A young rider with profound disabilities has found strength and joy through therapeutic horseback riding. With each ride, he builds core strength and uses assistive communication to connect with his horse. He has even formed lasting friendships with the volunteers who support him. For his mom, the joy on his face during sessions is a kind of therapy too.
