Whether you are new to the Spokane area or are looking to expand who you know through service to the community, joining theSpokane County United Way's Emerging Leaders Society (ELS) will provide you with community service and career opportunities.
ELS was established to provide early-to-mid career professionals an opportunity to develop leadership skills, network with like-minded individuals and elevate their commitment to making a difference in the community. The society will give members many opportunities to expand their horizons as leaders in community efforts or o take ownership of initiatives that will help Spokane County United Way to create lasting change in the community. ELS allows members an opportunity to showcase their desire to contribute and be recognized for their level of contribution and involvement.
Members who elect to be engaged with ELS will be provided with but not limited to the following opportunities:
- Invitations to educational, professional development, leadership trainings and networking events within the company and the community.
- Hands on volunteer opportunities with local agencies
- Serve on Emerging Leader Committees
- Company and Community recognition
As an ELS member you create impact.
