The Emerging Leaders Society was established to provide early-to-mid career professionals an opportunity to develop leadership skills, network with like-minded individuals and elevate their commitment to making a difference in the community. The society provides members many opportunities to expand their horizons as leaders in community efforts or to take ownership of initiatives that will help United Way create lasting change in the community. Being an ELS member is an opportunity to do something big, gain experience, expand your network and make an impact on your community. We are the next generation of Spokane’s leaders.
