Sponsored by Spokane County United Way, Itron, Inc., KXLY 4 News and Directors of Volunteers in Agencies (DOVIA), this is the only community-wide event that honors volunteers from throughout the Spokane area.  The volunteer efforts of groups, families, individuals, seniors and youth will be recognized.
